Wedding Shot

I was asked for an informal/unofficial wedding photographer for my close friend’s wedding. There was an official/paid photographer at the dinner reception event, but there was not any for their soluminisation and preparation. I was free and I could do something for their wedding since I knew both groom and bride. But I was abit worried at that time as I was not fully equipped for indoor shoots and it was my first attempt. I shot the whole event with 17-55mm F2.8 ED Dx lens. Yes, no flash. I just bumped up iso up to 3200, but room lighting sometimes was pretty dim, so shutter speed went as slow as 1/20, the faster shutter speed I could fire was 1/60. And I was doing all candid shot, so when I pixel peeped the photos, they were abit blur. I wish I used flash so that I could shoot with higher shutter speed and my pictures would come out sharper.

Anyway, here is the set.

Railway …

Just like others. I took raiway picture also. It looks simple to takeĀ  but it is not. I just could not get the angle of view. I learnt one thing on that day. Making simple thing looks interesting is the most difficult thing. (probably I am just a newbie and don’t know much)

Thirsty? Cold Drinks..

Cold drink stall at Bojoke Market, Yangon. It is the typical and common mobile cold drink stalls in Myanmar, selling mineral water, Grass Gelly home made, Lime Juice home made, other bottled soda drinks and etc.

How they attract the customers? By knocking the plastic cups to the table or the bucket to make the some rhythm and shout in Myanmar … Cold drinkssss, Soft Drinkssss, Grasssss Gelly, Lime Juicessss.

It is running with disel engine, if I am not wrong. Quite an old train, but still functioning. Operated by Myanmar Railways.
